End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Orbis Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Orbisfinder for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Access or search the Service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit through Orbisfinder. By submitting content, you grant Orbis Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any media or distribution method.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Orbis Studios, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

Orbis Studios may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of this agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. ORBIS STUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ORBIS STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to EULA

Orbis Studios reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
